"The operation is located opposite the Boucicaut hospital, from which it is separated by a square. The project organises the three parts of the programme around a vast outdoor space; a “new Parisian courtyard” that is open and accessible to the public.

The building’s height is controlled by a unique device, being two “clouds” of apartments provided with advantageously positioned balconies giving views stretching out into the distance. The courtyard serves all the programmes distributed around the four corners of the plot. Each part forms a compact assembly that profits from different types of outdoor spaces (loggias, balconies, and shared rooftops)."
