The Pavillon de l’Arsenal is launching its first international residency program in partnership with Quebec. This joint residency, organized by the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (CALQ) and the Grantham Foundation for Art and the Environment, will enable architects, artists, and curators to spend time in both countries conducting their research.
