The building built at 58 rue de Mouzaïa by André Remondet and Claude Parent is one of the examples of "brutalist" architecture, which is characterized by the use of concrete, particularly for its aesthetic expression and strong symbolic value. The heritage protection of concretes is reflected in their careful repair and cleaning, and the enhancement of the graphic and serial effects of facades.
