To foster lasting connections between the artistic communities of Québec and France, encourage the exploration of new collaborations, and support the development of artistic and research practices, the Fondation Grantham, the Pavillon de l'Arsenal, and the CALQ (Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec) have joined forces to establish a residency exchange programme between Québec and France in the fields of visual arts and architectural research.
These residencies are open to artists, as well as designers, architects, landscape architects, urban planners, and researchers wishing to develop a research project in an international context, at the intersection of art, architecture, and the environment.
