#62 Courthouse of Paris

Paris 17

PUBLISHED IN March 2018
" Building a courthouse at Porte de Clichy, in the North of Paris bordering Saint-Denis or what is know as the Paris suburbs, is a brillant idea. We must enrich the outskirts with great public buildings. One of our first needs is justice. But a court doesn’t have to be intimidating of frightening. The public lobby is a space  where people can breathe. A court is always a tensed place for people being judged and for those who judge. "
