The exhibition “Habitat Energie 0” shows the first zero energy construction; a social housing development by the 3F group.
This singular project is located in Brétigny-sur-Orge within the “Clause-Bois-Badeau” eco-neighbourhood which will house 1,600 units on completion. The development includes 18,000 m2 of activities and services areas, public infrastructures as well as a 13 hectare park.
Bioclimatic conception, optimised solar contribution, organization of the internal space, reinforced insulation and high performance infrastructure... the all project submissions exhibited aim to reconcile energy efficiency and high quality usage.
