Urban design consultation for Austerlitz-Salpêtrière area staged by the City of Paris, SEMAPA, APUR
In October 1992, the City of Paris, the SEMAPA and the APUR staged their 5th urban design consultation which focused on the Austerlitz-Salpêtrière area in eastern Paris.
