rh+architecture, in charge of the project, has carried out a reflection that goes beyond the restructuring of this heritage complex. Rethinking the porosities and urban continuity, but also landscape and services are the issues defended by the architects. The surrounding wall is removed, the foundations are pierced. The central courtyard becomes a fresh, lively, crossing garden. Craftsmen's workshops, a local nursery, a community restaurant and a medical practice under contract are located on the ground floors of the buildings, which once again reveal the history of the place and the life of the district.
