"Three residential buildings are taking place on three corners of a mixed block.
This one is made up of the new district ZAC Clichy-Batignolles cultural pole : a cinema of seven rooms and a community centre of the city of Paris. The use of concrete for the facade is recording here this project with the mineral caractere of the « Parisian buildings ».
