"Benefiting from an unfavourable East/West orientation, the narrow and deep plot is leaning against a 7-storey gable that captures all the light from the South. Located between two buildings with very distinct writing and a broken template, it appears as a hollow tooth breaking with the urban unity of the street.
The project strives to meet these constraints, to offer spacious and bright housing while taking into account the surrounding urban context and restoring continuity to the street. The load-bearing points, common areas, networks and service areas are grouped around a central core, freeing up the floors and making it possible to propose housing types from T1 to T4, most of them through."
