“It is one of the first 50-meters high buildings in Paris since the end of the seventies. He has the particularity of being 50% social housing and 50% home ownership (...) There are two teams of architects for only one building. The stakes were high so it was important to have a common strategy so that the building would tell the one same story (...) Due to removing the ceiling and go up to 50 metres high enabled us to play with the building's shape. The building transforms but starts off with a straight line mirroring the Avenue de France. then suddenly, the tier juts out under the majestic tower."
