"Bercy isn't like any other venue, it's in the heart of the city, one of the few, worldwide to be in the center of the city."

The plan for its refurbishment was for it to be technical, functional and safe. We tried to go one step further by incorporating architecture, urbanism, and what that means is creating a building that is more accessible to locals with an opening up to the street".
