The project is made up of three buildings, each comprising two different programmes, which adds up to a total surface of nearly 11000 m².

1 - 30 social housing units and a large shop. 
2 - A social residence with 25 housing units and 24 social housing units.
3 - A nursing home for elderly people requiring assistance and a daycare.
Through these three buildings, the project explores some picturesque qualities. Not in a cliché way we see in films which imitate the complexity of cities nowadays through certain artifices or by just focusing on the façades.
The project rather studies the potential of marked typological variations to create true complexity, essential in this massive scale of transformation.
The project can be defined as an in-depth work that focuses on the typological features belonging to each building, which either come from the different programme associations or from each construction’s particular condition.
By doing so, the three buildings create a picturesque system that strongly interacts with the highly heterogeneous nature of this part of the 15th arrondissement in Paris.
